Although
each flower bloom of the daylily
lasts
only one day, each blossom
presents
itself as pure beauty for that limited time.
Being
perennials, my garden lilies
faithfully
come-up each year with
their
multiple budded stems bringing
many
days of vibrant color to my garden.

selected a lovely blooming stem with buds
