Pink Dogwood 4"x6" original oil gallery wrap canvas
Sold
I wish I had a pink dogwood tree, but this one is from my mother's yard. This is a crazy tree planted by an old boyfriend when I was in high school. It was dug from the woods. It starts out white and then the longer it is in bloom it starts turning pink. The longer the blossoms are on the tree, the pinker they become. I said it was crazy! Copyright of the artist 2009
Granny's Bonnet, Perennial 8"x10" original oil gallery wrap canvas
Sold
There are columbines coming up in various places in the yard. I have white, pink and purple. So glad I was able to paint them before they faded. The actual painting is lighter than my screen is showing, but all monitors are different. I wanted to keep this one loose and airy. Copyright of the artist 2009
Asian Cup and Willow Still Life 8" x 10" original oil on board

This was a still life set up by a friend at one of my art groups. It's always interesting to see how each person handles their painting of a subject. I wish I could show them all.
